Our Team

First Lady Ariel Morton, respectfully known as Lady A, is a woman of strength, wisdom and fortitude. Overcoming her own history of trauma, she exemplifies both inner beauty and external grace as she embodies what it means to be a woman of God.

She began her career watching over young children, teaching them age appropriate skills and filling their hearts with love, until she became a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C). Once licensed she entered her professional career helping to strengthen and rebuild families involved in the  foster care system. Creatively using her skills, she was able to help families by finding resources to assist with family preservation and skill building to help families remain together. From there, she found her passion in providing individual and family therapy for all ages covering a vast array of mental health issues.

Expanding her reach into the community, Lady A began her own outpatient mental health facility in the heart of Baltimore City. There she has created a safe haven for both clinicians to grow in their practice, and individuals and families heal from their past. In addition, Lady A continues to selflessly advocate for children and youth in Baltimore City who have no voice with by donating her time with the Pro Bono Counseling Project.

Lady A most graciously serves the Body Of Christ in whatever capacity she is called and needed. Having a variety of gifts and talents, she is anointed to model the love of God through her quiet yet bold spirit, holding each woman assigned to her as they walk through shadows of their past into the full calling of their anointing. Despite all the wonderful ways she serves, her favorite is service to her family. Standing beside her husband, Pastor Jeffrey Morton of IsREAL Life Church, Baltimore, MD, she lovingly reflects what it means to be a woman of God. Together, they have been married for 5 years and have 3 beautiful children.
